Plush Bean Tracker does not require an account and does not send your collection to a developer server. It includes no advertising, analytics, tracking or third-party telemetry SDK. We do not sell your collection data.
Your device stores the collection entries you create: names, categories, Owned/Wanted/Trading status, notes, ratings, wishes, purchase dates and prices, and selected photos. Versions with plush passports also store the tag wording, materials, storage location, condition, tag and condition photos, and dated care entries you enter. Care entries are your records, not cleaning or repair advice.
The app also stores local preferences, onboarding and trial state, and a summary shared with its widget through the app’s local App Group storage. Photos selected for the collection are copied into private app storage; the originals are not changed or deleted.
Photo and camera access are optional and used only when you choose the corresponding feature. The system photo picker supplies the images you select. Where a feature requires permission, the device asks for it and you can change that permission in Settings. The app does not upload your selected photos to us.
Backup & restore creates a local .plushbean file containing your collection and referenced photos. In versions with passports, those records and photos are included. You can import a backup on the same or another device.
Passport PDF export creates a document with the selected plush’s details, passport photos and care history. Temporary PDFs are removed from the app after the share interface closes. A copy you save or send remains at the destination you choose.
The system share sheet lets you choose Files, AirDrop, Mail or another available destination. Exported data can leave the device when you choose a cloud provider, recipient or sharing service. That destination has its own privacy practices. We do not receive those files. Device or cloud backups you enable through the operating system are controlled by your system settings.
The app is free to download and includes a local three-day full-access trial. Starting this period does not create a subscription or charge. After it ends, existing collection records remain viewable. An optional one-time Pro purchase restores editing and full access; there is no subscription, automatic renewal or automatic charge.
Apple App Store or Google Play supplies localized prices and handles purchases, restoration and refunds. The app uses the store’s purchase status to determine access. Store operations may use a network connection. We do not receive your payment card or billing details. Purchase records held by the store follow the store’s own privacy policy. Restore Purchases is available.
Your collection remains in local app storage until you remove its records or remove the app. Deleting a plush removes its referenced local photos. Deleting the app removes its local app data, subject to any operating-system backups or shared storage managed by the system. Previously exported files, shared PDFs and copies held by other apps or recipients are separate; remove those at their destinations if you no longer want them.
You can access and edit your records in the app and export a portable backup. No developer account needs to be closed because the app has no account system.
The app does not collect children’s collection data, include chat or display advertisements. Purchases and sharing use system interfaces and any parental controls configured on the device.
