Handrift Privacy Policy
Handrift helps you practice reading old handwriting with local lessons, drills, and selected document images.

Data Collection
Handrift does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, third-party tracking, account creation, cloud sync, or a developer backend for your study data.
Your progress, lesson state, settings, and practice history are stored locally on your device. Deleting the app deletes the app's local data from that device, subject to your own device backup settings.
Document Images
If you choose to study one of your own document images, Handrift uses the image you select or capture for that feature. The app does not upload your document image to a developer server.
Camera and Photos
Camera or photo access is used only when you choose to provide a document image. You can use the built-in practice material without granting camera or photo access.
Purchases
Handrift offers a local 3-day full-access trial and an optional one-time paid unlock. Starting the trial does not create a subscription or charge. Purchases, restores, refunds, and payment details are handled by Apple's App Store or Google Play, depending on where you downloaded the app. Handrift does not receive your payment card or billing information.
Children
Handrift is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
