Store Listing Alignment
Checked June 29, 2026. This page was compared with the public Google Play listing. Where a store privacy or data-safety label was visible, it said the developer does not collect user data.
Accurate app behavior: Scenarios, streaks, archives, counterfactual progress, settings, and widgets stay local. The 3-day trial starts locally. Apple App Store or Google Play is contacted only for Pro unlock, restore, optional tip, receipt, refund, or price display. No accounts, ads, analytics, tracking, or developer backend are used.
Convenience translation
Swaydar verzamelt geen persoonsgegevens. Geen accounts, advertenties, analytics of SDK’s van derden. Je voortgang blijft op je apparaat en de optionele Pro-aankoop wordt rechtstreeks door je appwinkel verwerkt.
This page is provided as a convenience translation for the `nl` store locale. The canonical privacy policy is the English version below. If a translation is unclear or differs from the English text, the English policy controls.

Plain-English summary
Swaydar collects nothing. There are no accounts, no email, no analytics, no ads, and no third-party SDKs. The app makes zero network calls during normal play. The 3-day trial starts locally on your device; your app store is contacted only if you choose to buy or restore the one-time Pro unlock, display store pricing, or send an optional tip. Everything Swaydar remembers about you - your streak, your best, your daily archive, your in-progress game - lives in local storage on your device and never leaves it. If you uninstall the app, all of it is gone.
What we collect from you
Nothing leaves your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on any server we control. Swaydar has no backend.
Locally, on your device, Swaydar keeps the following inside the standard standard on-device app storage used by the app and widget:
- Your current streak and best streak.
- A per-day archive of which scenarios you played, whether you solved
- A snapshot of your in-progress game so you can return to a partially
- A handful of rating-prompt bookkeeping timestamps (see below).
- A small mirror of "today's state" — day number, streak, whether
them, and how many attempts you used.
played daily without losing your guesses.
you've played today — inside the App Group container so the widget process can render real numbers instead of a fallback value.
That's the entire list. No identifiers, no device fingerprint, no location, no contacts, no usage logs.
What we don't do
To be unambiguous about what's *not* in Swaydar:
- No third-party SDKs of any kind.
- No advertising, no ad networks, no ad mediation.
- No IDFA, no GAID, no advertising identifier collection.
- No device fingerprinting.
- No crash reporters (Crashlytics, Sentry, Bugsnag, etc.).
- No analytics (Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.).
- No marketing pixels, no attribution SDKs, no install attribution.
- No social-login SDKs, no Facebook SDK, no Google Sign-In.
- No cross-app tracking. No App Tracking Transparency prompt because
there is nothing to track.
Rating prompt
After you've played a few dailies and shared at least one result, Swaydar may ask whether you'd like to rate the app. To decide *when* to show that prompt without nagging, the app stores three local timestamps in UserDefaults:
- First-launch timestamp — so the prompt doesn't surface on day one.
- "Has shared at least once" flag — so we only ask people who have
- Last-prompt timestamp — so the cool-down between prompts is honored.
signaled they want to tell other players.
None of these values leave your device. The rating prompt itself is the system prompt provided by your app store. If you choose to leave a review, the review content goes to your app store directly via its own UI — Swaydar never sees what you wrote or whether you submitted anything.
In-app purchases
Swaydar Pro starts with a 3-day full-access trial that runs locally on your device. After the trial, a one-time unlock adds full daily history and the per-scenario counterfactual lattice. You may also choose an optional tip. There is no subscription and no recurring billing.
Purchase is processed by:
- Your app store's purchase system for the platform where you installed Swaydar.
Both stores handle payment, receipt validation, restore, and refunds end-to-end. Swaydar receives a single Boolean signal from the system ("this user owns the Pro unlock") and stores that entitlement locally. We never see your name, email, payment instrument, billing address, or transaction history. Your app store's privacy policy covers the purchase itself; ours covers only what Swaydar does with the entitlement signal, which is to flip a local flag.
What the App Group container can see
The Swaydar home-screen and lock-screen widget runs in a separate process from the main app. To render an honest streak number, it reads a small mirror of state from the App Group container (group.com.rizkcorsight.swaydar): current day number, current streak, best streak, whether today has been played, whether today was solved.
No network call is involved. The widget reads what the app already wrote locally. The App Group container is sandboxed by the operating system to these two processes.
Children
Swaydar is rated for general audiences in supported stores. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Because there are no accounts and no data collection, there is no COPPA-regulated personal information for Swaydar to handle. No targeted advertising is shown, because no advertising of any kind is shown.
Network usage
In normal play, Swaydar makes zero network calls. No CDN fetches, no "check for new puzzles," no telemetry beacons, no remote configuration. Scenarios are bundled into the app binary at build time.
The only exceptions are store-system calls when you display pricing, tap Buy on the Pro unlock, tap Restore Purchases, or send an optional tip. Those calls are made by your app store's purchase system, not by Swaydar's own backend, and they terminate inside your app store's infrastructure. Swaydar receives back only the entitlement or success/failure result.
Your rights
Because Swaydar never uploads anything, there is nothing on a server to access, correct, port, or delete. Your data lives on your device under your control. To erase it, uninstall the app — uninstalling will purge the app sandbox and the locally stored entitlement record. If you reinstall later and want to recover your Pro unlock, use the Restore Purchases button; your app store will reissue the entitlement signal at no charge.
If you want to wipe just your progress without losing the Pro unlock, delete and reinstall, then tap Restore Purchases on first launch.
California (CCPA / CPRA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information a business collects, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. Swaydar does not collect, sell, or share personal information. There is nothing to disclose, delete, or correct, and there is no sale or sharing to opt out of. We do not use sensitive personal information.
Europe (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK, or Switzerland, GDPR grants rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection over your personal data, plus the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Because Swaydar does not process personal data — there is no data controller in any meaningful sense, since nothing is collected — these rights have nothing to attach to. We rely on no legal basis for processing because no processing occurs.
Brazil (LGPD)
If you are in Brazil, the LGPD grants rights similar to GDPR: access, correction, deletion, portability, and information about data sharing. Swaydar does not collect or process personal data, so there is nothing to disclose, correct, delete, or port.
Changes to this policy
This policy is versioned by effective date. If we ever change anything material — for example, adding a feature that does involve a network request — the change will be flagged on the next app launch and the effective date below will move forward. Cosmetic edits (typos, link fixes) won't trigger a notice.
