Spoflowchart — Privacy Policy
Spoflowchart records audio and processes transcripts and charts on your device. It has no developer account system or developer-operated transcription backend.
Microphone and speech processing
Microphone access is requested for recording. On iOS, transcription uses Apple’s on-device speech frameworks; required language assets are obtained through Apple’s system services. On Android, final transcription uses a packaged Whisper model, while optional live text uses the device’s on-device speech recognizer. Model delivery and speech-language installation can require a network connection. The app does not send recordings to a developer-operated server for transcription.
Files, exports, and retention
Recordings, transcripts, and charts are kept in local app storage until removed through the app or your platform’s storage controls. Imports, exports, and sharing happen when you choose them through system interfaces. A file or share provider may transfer selected content off your device; its policies apply. Android system app-data backup is disabled for this app. Manage exported copies, device backups, and files held by other providers separately from the app.
Platform services and purchases
Apple StoreKit or Google Play handles the one-time unlock, localized price, payment, restoration, and refunds. Spoflowchart receives purchase state to determine access, not payment card or store account credentials. Android model delivery and device speech services, and Apple speech asset services, operate under their providers’ policies. See the Apple Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy.
Android billing diagnostics and model delivery
Google Play Billing sends technical information about billing operations to Google, including response and error information, app and device characteristics, network characteristics, and a random identifier created for a billing-client instance. This information supports technical diagnostics of billing services. These billing diagnostics do not include your recordings, transcripts, or charts. Google Play Asset Delivery also processes device metadata and the app version to deliver the required language assets. Google handles these services under its applicable terms and privacy policy. Deleting local app content does not delete information retained by Google; its retention and privacy controls apply.
Advertising and support
Spoflowchart does not include advertising or a developer-operated analytics service. If you contact support, we receive your email address and the content you send to answer your request. Please avoid sending confidential recordings or personal information unnecessarily. The app does not ask children for direct contact information as part of its recording or chart features.
