Terms of Use

These terms apply to Inquest: Destinations, bundle identifier com.rizkcorsight.inquestdestinations. By using the app, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with the rules of the store from which you obtained it.

License and acceptable use

You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on supported devices associated with your store account. You may not redistribute the app or its content, bypass access controls, interfere with platform services, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.

Geography puzzles

The app provides geography puzzles and artistic interpretations of landmarks. Distances are approximate great-circle measurements between city centers, not navigation or travel advice. Map and city data come from Natural Earth (public domain).

Full unlock

The app offers 3 days of full access at no charge, followed by an optional one-time purchase for permanent full access. There is no subscription or automatic charge when the access period ends. Apple processes the purchase under the App Store terms. Availability, pricing, taxes, refunds, family sharing, and account eligibility may vary by platform and region. Use the in-app restore function where available; refund requests are handled under the applicable store's policy.

Availability

Reasonable efforts are made to keep the app functional, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Store purchasing and entitlement verification depend on Apple services and a working network connection. Features may change in future versions to fix defects, comply with platform requirements, or improve the game.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Rizk Corsight is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
